You will receive an email from us confirming your order. Please check that you have safely received it. In case of a rental or leasing agreement, or purchase of an acoustic piano or digital piano with premium delivery service, a Maene employee will contact you the next working day to arrange a delivery date. After this delivery date has been set, we will send you another PDF version of your order confirmation, rental or leasing agreement by email.

The logistics team will prepare your instrument for delivery. If you ordered a digital piano, it will be picked up in its packaging by an external transport service. However, if you chose the optional Maene Premium Transport Service, then the Maene Team will assemble your digital instrument, remove the packaging and the Maene Transport Team will deliver the instrument. 

If you ordered an acoustic piano or grand piano it will be checked technically and aesthetically and it will be tuned by our piano technician just before delivery. 

A piano is not just a package to be delivered. An acoustic piano easily weighs several hundred pounds. Depending on the type of instrument, and the delivery options chosen, there are several options : 

Digital pianos for purchase or hire-purchase:
If you choose the standard free delivery via GLS, the instrument will be delivered in its original packaging to your home (just inside the front door of the building on the ground floor). Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive an email from GLS to schedule the delivery. So be sure to keep an eye on your inbox (also check your Spam folder). Depending on the time slot you select, delivery usually takes place within 2 to 4 working days.

For lighter stage pianos, there is no option to choose a specific day or time slot, but you will receive an email in advance informing you of the delivery day.

Digital pianos with optional "Premium Transport" are delivered by GLS, either assembled inside your home (ground floor) or assembled on-site. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive an email from GLS to schedule the delivery. So be sure to keep an eye on your inbox (also check your Spam folder). Depending on the time slot you select, delivery usually takes place within 2 to 4 working days.

Acoustic pianos and grand pianos, or acoustic rental pianos, are always delivered by the Piano's Maene Premium transport service. A Maene staff member will contact you to arrange the delivery date. The day before delivery, you will receive an email with a time estimate (2 to 3-hour window) and a track & trace link. However, traffic can always disrupt the schedule. Therefore, on the day of delivery, you can easily track the location of our transport team using the track & trace link.

- For special deliveries on floors or difficult situations in big cities, Piano's Maene can also cooperate with an external transport service, also specialized in piano transports.
