Payments are 100% secure and comfortable through payment provider Mollie. On the Pianos Maene webshop, you can pay via the most popular online payment methods:

  • Bancontact: Belgium's most popular payment method linked to 20 Belgian banks. Fast, simple and safe.
  • Belfius: Payment method for Belfius customers that allows easy and quick online payment. Payment is made from Belfius Direct Net or via the app and is processed immediately.
  • KBC/CBC: Payment method for customers of KBC (Flanders) and CBC (Wallonia), for easy and quick online payments. The payment is made from your own familiar online banking environment and is processed immediately.
  • Apple Pay: Fast and easy payment method for Apple users. Apple Pay uses your added accounts or credit cards, so you always keep control of your finances. Payment is completed by a fingerprint or face scan, eliminating the need to remember or look up data
Payment methods
  • Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro): At Pianos Maene you can easily pay by credit card. We encrypt your credit card information via the SSL method and this is always secure. During payment, you will be asked for your CVC code. This 3-digit code can be found on the back of your credit card, it is the last 3 digits
  • Wire transfer: Do you prefer to pay via wire transfer? No problem! Please note that in most cases there is a longer delivery time on the order because it takes a little longer for the payment to arrive. The average processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days
  • PayPal: Safe and convenient way to pay quickly online. With a PayPal account, you don't have to remember credit card information or look for your card reader. So you only need the login details of your own PayPal account.
  • iDeal (Netherlands): The most popular payment method in the Netherlands that can be used with ALL Dutch banks. The fastest and easiest way to pay online in the Netherlands. So from the Netherlands you can also confidently place an order on our Belgian webshop. For faster processing, it is recommended to place the order immediately via maene.nl.

Payment failed or declined?

Please check to be sure that the amount has been debited from your account. If not, you can place the order again. We will automatically cancel the unpaid order. If your account has been charged but you have not received a confirmation email after one hour, please contact us.

If your payment fails multiple times, please check the following points:

  • Do you have sufficient account balance?
  • Is the payment limit of the account sufficient?
  • Is your payment or credit card blocked or expired?

If you do not find a solution, contact us quickly or speak to us via the web chat (bottom right). We can easily and quickly format the order manually. You will then receive a confirmation via email with payment instructions.

Payment in the store

In the stores of Pianos Maene, you can pay via bancontact, cash or Payconiq. The maximum limit of a cash payment is €3,000. Alternatively, you can transfer the amount in the shop via internet banking.
