PHA-50 keyboard

The Roland HP704 features the hybrid PHA-50 keyboard (Progressive Hammer Action), and is a combination of wood and plastic. This closely mimics the playing feel of an acoustic piano, but at the same time the use of plastic ensures good durability. The keyboard is equipped with an escapement (let-off) mechanism, as in a real acoustic piano. The keys have the look and feel of real ebony and ivory. The key cover is moisture absorbent, which makes it harder for your fingers to slip off and will lower the error rate.

Powerful speaker system with Acoustic Projection

The Roland HP704 features four powerful speakers, optimally positioned so you can enjoy realistic sound reproduction. This Acoustic Projection technology uses a multi-channel amplifier and simulates the rich sound of a real grand piano.

SuperNATURAL piano sound

Rolands renowned SuperNATURAL sound technology combines traditional sampling techniques and computer generated modeling techniques to create the most realistic sound and response possible. In addition, the Piano Designer function allows the piano sounds to be fully customized, such as damper resonance, string resonance, pedal sounds, ambience, tuning and much more. Even with headphones, it almost sounds like you're playing in a concert hall thanks to the Headphones 3D function.

Bluetooth connectivity and Piano Everyday app

The Roland HP704 can be connected wirelessly to your smartphone or tablet via the Bluetooth Audio function. This way you can play along with your favorite songs yourself, improve your piano skills through online tutorials and even use the piano as a home entertainment audio system.

Via the Bluetooth MIDI function you can use the Roland Piano Everyday app, which allows you to download electronic scores, rehearse your favorite songs and track your daily progress in the app. This makes for a fine learning experience and motivates you to keep learning new things.

Modern and stylish furniture with compact dimensions.

The Roland HP704 is a compact instrument, has a natural finish and clean curves, making this instrument well suited to most living rooms and apartments. The HP704 is available in black (satin and high gloss), white, light oak and dark rosewood.
